DEMUS - Dalcroze Eurhythmics and Music School
DEMUS - Dalcroze Eurhythmics and Music School was established in 2005 by Asayuch Chamroon, a Classical and Jazz pianist and Visutthijit Chamroon, a Certified Dalcroze teacher, subsequently joined by a team of dedicate and experienced piano instructors. Our aim is to provide a high standard music lessons in a homey atmosphere. Our school, located at Yen-Akat 2 Road, is equipped with all grand pianos in every classroom.
We provide Dalcroze Eurhythmics lessons for young children by Kru Toon - Visutthijit Chamroon. Students from age 2 begin their musical journey with Dalcroze Eurhythmics. Dalcroze Method is an experiential way of knowing music through the body. It is the student’s physical experience of musical concepts that gradually builds strong musicianship, a fun way to learn and explore musical elements through musical games in group activities.
We offer Classical piano lesson, music theory and our new course “Jazz piano for kid”. We also encourage our students to perform at our House Concerts, take annual piano exams and participate in piano competitions.
"Steinway Piano is what we were looking for, so that the students can get the opportunity to learn, to play, to hear the best quality of sounds made in their music making."
When we started our music school, one of our goal was to get the best and finest handcrafted grand piano into the Recital Room. Steinway Piano is what we were looking for, so that the students can get the opportunity to learn, to play, to hear the best quality of sounds made in their music making.
The Recital Room is also functioned for the Eurhythmics classroom for young children. The music according to the lesson comes from teacher’s improvising on the piano; then the young children will learn to listen, absorb and respond to all the musical fundamentals with their body movements. And particularly the finest piano can provide the wide range of diversity of sound, together with the variety of delicate and sophisticate colors. Therefore, the kids would have the opportunity to hear the quality of sound and develop sensible taste from the early stage.
