• The assigned sessions and time slots are fixed and non-transferable. Contestants are not allowed to exchange or switch performance times with other Contestants.
• Contestants are recommended to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled session. Registration closes at the start of each session.
• Contestants whose names are called upon during their assigned session but unable to perform will be disqualified.
• Contestants are permitted to bring pedal extensions and footrests on stage.
• Only one guardian may accompany each contestant backstage.
• Contestants who qualify in the Semi-Finals Round will have to compete in the Grand-Finals Round on 30th May 2025.
